The Nordic Liver Cancer Association (NOLCA) is a non-profit multidisciplinary organization for clinicians, researchers and others with interest in primary liver cancer, including cholangiocarcinoma and  hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). We cover the Nordic countries: Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Finland and Sweden. The organization was previously called Scandinavian Network for HCC (SNHCC), and was formed in 2010.

We seek to promote interest, knowledge, teaching and research regarding all aspects of primary liver cancer.

We support interaction and collaboration between centers inside and outside the Nordic countries.

We can function as a specialist advisory body for health authorities, health professionals and others in the field.

NOLCA organizes a yearly meeting and webinars with focus on the different aspects of primary liver cancer, fully or in collaboration with other national and international societies.

We welcome new participants in our Nordic multidisciplinary exchange of knowledge and experience in prevention, diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer. Membership is free.
